MEO Class 4 Examination is a first exam on the ship’s engineering watch officer’s responsibilities.Meo stands for marine engineering /engineer officer.Meo Class 4 Exam is carried out by the government authorities.

In this examination, basic engineering knowledge, maintenance approach and analytical skills will be tested.
